\nI. Description of main duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Controls the issuance and monitoring of fuel coupons and update fuel data accordingly;
\n\u2022 Maintains office files for easy extraction of data as required;
\n\u2022 Responsible for the attendance and movement of drivers;
\n\u2022 Assists in processing trip tickets.
\n\u2022 Assists in preparing the mission driving orientation briefing.
\n\u2022 Assists in preparing and conducting written driving tests.
\n\u2022 Assists in conducting practical driving tests.
\n\u2022 Updates a detailed database of UN staff being assessed, tested and issued UN permits
\n\u2022 Assists in preparing UN driving permits for issue.
\n\u2022 Compiles monthly insurance and accident reports.
\n\u2022 Generates reports from the electronic vehicle monitoring system (EVMS) & Fleet Log and other reports if required.
\n\u2022 Perform other related tasks and ad-hoc assignment as directed by the CTO or delegated.

\n III. Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong>
\nEducation : High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vacational certificate.<\/p>\n
\nProficiency in computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
\nMust be in possession of valid national vehicle driving license category \u201cC\u201d is a requirement. Candidate should be in position of having driving license C category as requirement.<\/p>\n
